Dr. Joravar Dhaliwal joins Mayfield Brain & Spine's Springboro office

SPRINGBORO AND CINCINNATI – Fellowship-trained neurosurgeon Dr. Joravar Dhaliwal has joined Mayfield Brain & Spine, seeing patients in the Springboro office, near Dayton. Dr. Dhaliwal specializes in the full range of spine surgery, from leading-edge minimally invasive techniques including endoscopy, to the most complex spinal deformity surgeries.

In Springboro, Dr. Dhaliwal will join orthopedic spine surgeon Dr. Ryan Godinsky, interventional pain physician Dr. Rachel Boggus and neurosurgeon Dr. Ronald Warnick. He will perform surgeries at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown and Miami Valley South Hospital in Centerville.

Mayfield, the nationally recognized independent neurosurgery practice based in Cincinnati, opened the office in 2024. Beyond the physicians who see patients there, the office includes a full physical therapy team, advanced imaging and a procedure suite for interventional pain treatments.

Dr. Dhaliwal comes to Mayfield from an advanced fellowship in Spine Neurosurgery at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. A graduate of Swarthmore College, he completed medical school at the University of Connecticut and a neurosurgery residency at Ohio State University School of Medicine.
