Michael Radomski to retire as Mayfield CFO

John Siemer promoted to CFO, Jessica Cotter to COO, Lindsay Finton to VP of Business Development

CINCINNATI – Michael Radomski, chief financial officer at Mayfield Brain & Spine, will retire August 14 after 35 years at the region's leading neurosurgery practice.

Mayfield will promote John Siemer, who joined Mayfield in 2022 as financial controller, to replace Radomski as CFO. The practice also announced Jessica Cotter, previously vice president of operations, as the new chief operating officer; and Lindsay Finton, previously director of business development, as the new vice president of business development.

"Mike Radomski has been an integral contributor to Mayfield's steady excellence for more than three decades," said Mark Vorherr, chief executive officer. "He has been instrumental in guiding the organization's finances and evaluating growth opportunities. Mike has always been willing to fill any role necessary to keep Mayfield operating at peak efficiency.

"With significant growth in 2026 and a strong team of talented leaders, we are well positioned to continue to serve patients in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and the Dayton area with leading-edge care for their most challenging medical conditions," Vorherr added.

A Miami University graduate, Radomski worked at Deloitte and The Jewish Hospital before joining Mayfield in 1990. During his tenure, he has bolstered not only finance, but also physician and manager recruitment and the planning and development of the Mayfield Spine Surgery Center. He serves as Mayfield's chief compliance officer and was interim CEO for several months in 2021.

The three promoted leaders include:

John Siemer

A certified public accountant, John Siemer joined Mayfield in 2022 from Prysmian Group, where he served as accounts payable manager for North America. At Mayfield, he has provided support for financial operations across Mayfield's lines of business, including oversight of financial reporting, monthly close and general ledger integrity. John earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University.

Jessica Cotter

Jessica Cotter joined Mayfield in 2023 as a senior project manager for operations and was promoted to vice president of operations in 2025. She oversees the daily operations of six patient offices and about 200 clinical staff. Jessica came to Mayfield from Mercy Health-Cincinnati, where she served as director of business development and director of growth & strategy. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and a Master of Health Services Administration from Xavier University.

Lindsay Finton

Lindsay Finton joined Mayfield in 2017 from KentuckyOne Health, where she worked in physician relations and recruitment. At Mayfield, she manages our relationship with health system partners, drives service line development and market positioning, and leads physician recruitment. She earned a bachelor's degree from Wright State University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
